Adam has over 20 years of top branding and advertising strategy experience. He’s worked with brands of all shapes and sizes, including some of the world’s largest and most dynamic organisations.
He’s put his passion for brand-led change and transformation to work with organisations like HSBC, American Express, UNICEF, Toyota Corporation, T-Mobile, Virgin Atlantic, Boots-Walgreens, Kraft Foods, Yale New Haven Health, ALS Association, Bank of America, Lloyds Banking Group, The Church of England, The Scottish Government and The UK Police. He brings a mix of creativity and intellectual rigour to a challenge, no matter if it’s consumer or B2B, Start-ups, Government and Third Sector.
Adam studied Law at Durham University, holds a DipM CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He’s a regular writer, lecturer and commentator on brand, design and cultural change matters.

Residing in Boston, MA, he specialises in acting as the bridge between creative and media - because he understands the language of both. Adept at working with clients, creative and media teams to give them strategy that inspires go to market plans that amplify the work, instead of just being a container for it. He regularly offers coaching and support to agencies both with inhouse or external agency relationships and has helped navigate dramatic improvements in their cohesion and working processes.
He is a pioneer of ‘Humanity Planning’ – a media approach that is driven by a strong focus on how real, emotional connection is the key to driving audience engagement, leading to brand performance. This involves custom media research platforms that turn theory into practice, and which have helped to prove that emotional connection drives brand performance.

Will studied English Language and Psychology at Manchester University, holds IPA and AA Marketing certifications, and is a regular commentator on advertising, media investment and how these impact society. He is also founder of The Fourth Estate; a group dedicated to tackling the shocking decline of professional journalism in America – by encouraging more investment from advertisers into independent publishers.
